I think that motivation is very important to ensure success in everything we do, and would not be different in the acquisition of a good pronunciation, because, is not so easy to learn a second languange and when someone is learning it he/she will have some difficulty in pronuncing some words, however, when he/she has a motivation to do it, I am sure, this person will do it better.
In my opinion learners who are outgoing and confident are more capable to expose to he foreign language and native speakers, because some of them are not afraid of speaking, even they make mistakes.

My reflections

I have never thought why I am studying English, if I like it or just because I need it, till this moment that my professor asked to me.I know that when I was about thirteen I started wanting to learn a second language and how I used to listen to English songs I decided to do an English course some years after, however, I know that I chose English not just because I like, I Think it was because is very important to learn another Language and how English is a Language known in whole the world and I like it, I chose it like second language in my life.

I chose English Language is not because it is the best or the most beatiful one in the world or because I identify with their culture and traditions, on the contrary, I do not identify with them,I decided to learn English because I like it and was the languange that I am having the oportunity to learn in this moment.

I know just the American and British accent,and how I studied in my English course the American accent, at first, when I started studying at University and the mostly of my professor speak the Britsh accent I thought very stange, but now I think both is very nice, I do not have preference about them.

I would not like to sound as an American or British person, what I want is to be able to speak English that someone can understand what I am speaking.
